For promoting environmental sustainability practices and reliance on limited use of resources, Devaswom Board College, Thalayolaparambu has adopted the policies which reflect the institution’s efforts in conveying the need of energy conservation resorting to sustainable practices and management of available resources.

  • Shall rely on renewable energy from the waste generated in the campus and to reuse it.
  • Shall entrust to keep sorting bins at different part of the institution so as to transform wastes to meet energy requirements.

Monitoring hall be done with the help of campus beautification committee/ Green Campus Committee. Continuously evaluate and update conservation initiatives based on feedback received from campus community. The committee shall take initiatives in conserving energy and protecting the environment while fostering a culture of sustainability among students, Faculty, Staff.
