The Department of Mathematics fosters a dynamic and engaging learning environment for its students through a diverse range of activities.
Presentations and Knowledge Sharing:
- Seminars, Webinars and Lectures: These sessions invite renowned mathematicians and experts to share their knowledge and research with students, exposing them to diverse perspectives and cutting-edge advancements in the field.
- Department has organized an online CSIR NET coaching in Mathematics from 19.12.2022 to 30.12.2022 in association with Department of Student Services ,MG University.
- Mathematics Days Celebrations: National Mathematics Day, International Mathematics Day, Fibonacci Day, and National Statistics Day are observed with special enthusiasm through events like guest lectures, competitions, quizzes, and exhibitions motivating students’ interest and appreciation for the subject.
- Department is conducting a value added course on “ Python Programming and its Applications to Mathematics” for the first year B.Sc Mathematics students.
